April in Tulsa is the absolute best. The Tulips start blooming at the beginning of the month, followed by the vibrant red buds, dogwoods, irises and greening trees. Discovery Lab Auction

The start of 2022 saw the opening of the coolest Children’s Museum in the area! Discovery Lab Tulsa moved to their new location just next door to the Gathering Place and opened in January. I painted some lovely pieces of Philbrook in partnership with The Inviting Place for some upcoming spring weddings. The Philbrook gardens are one of the best places to see tulips in late March, early April. Plus, the gardens are beautiful year round with the gorgeous architecture of the buildings, structures, and garden art surrounding the perfectly manicured gardens.
